A B O U T

For Years, I Pushed Through in Survival Mode. Eventually, My Mind and Body Forced Me to Listen.

Originally from Bulgaria, I moved to London to study Management & International Business before pursuing a career in FinTech sales.

Throughout my corporate journey, I had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional leaders and build meaningful relationships that inspired me to continuously grow and embrace the discomfort that success in a high-pressure environment inevitably requires.

What helped me stand out – both within my company and with clients – was my authenticity and ability to navigate difficult conversations that many people avoid, but which are often necessary for meaningful change and positive outcomes.

Working in such a demanding environment pushed me to challenge my own limiting beliefs and constantly prove what I was capable of.

It taught me resilience, self-awareness, and the emotional cost of living in constant performance mode.

From the outside, everything seemed to be moving in the right direction, but behind the scenes, I was living in a constant state of stress:

- unhealthy routines, social drinking, late nights, and high-pressure environments that were completely disconnected from who I truly was. Eventually, my body forced me to stop. I began experiencing severe panic attacks and ended up in the hospital multiple times.

At the same time, I was navigating a difficult breakup and feeling completely lost, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.

Deep down, I knew I wanted a different life.
So I started rebuilding.

I left toxic environments behind, prioritised my wellbeing, committed to movement, yoga, healthier habits, and for the first time truly chose myself. Over time, I rebuilt my nervous system, regained my strength, progressed in my career, and created external success — but I also realised how high the cost had been. I had spent years operating in survival mode, pushing through environments and expectations that were not aligned with my values. That experience changed me profoundly. It is also the reason I do this work today.

I understand what it feels like to appear successful on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and disconnection.

I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the pursuit of achievement.

My mission is to help others avoid reaching that breaking point or, if they are already there, to support them in rebuilding themselves with clarity, self-awareness, and compassion.

I create a safe and grounded space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a way forward that feels aligned, healthy, and sustainable. Book a complimentary chemistry call to explore whether this work is the right next step for you.
